At RSA, we pride ourselves on offering remarkable opportunities for the community we live in. RSA has donated to build public schools in Moshi, Tanzania; dug multiple boreholes to provide clean water for unfortunate communities in Tanzania; provided jobs for the local community and have created top engineers within the local population, and participated in environmental work such as planting 2000 trees in Kenya.

In order to guarantee customers receive products that exceed expectations, RSA invests in the most contemporary, innovative manufacturing machinery and designing softwares. By consistently investing in research and development towards more economical, efficient and high quality vehicle designs, we maintain the position of Africa’s pioneer in the industry.
We have ensured high quality products through the use of modern technology including CAD, CAM Parametric Modelling Solutions and Finite Element Analysis for designing and investment in CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled) manufacturing machinery for cutting and bending. By implementing this state-of-the-art machinery and softwares, it has allowed RSA to improve efficiency in production and establish quality throughout to meet growing customer demands and preserve its status as an industrial innovator.
Our production capacity includes laser cutting, brake pressing, guillotining, CNC bending, ma chining and turning. Moreover, we are fitted with equipment for MIG, TIG, robot and spot welding as well as powder coating and spray painting centres. RSA has a strict quality control system in place to ensure that we maintain our high standards. Together with our level of automation, these variables allow us to generate Africa’s most efficient safari vehicle conversions.
