Conversions Warranty Policy
1) Our Warranty
(a) RSA Product: The RSA Product is free from defects in workmanship and materials for the Warranty Period.
​
Note. - RSA Product warranty is applicable in East Africa only or any further agreements.
- Warranty commences from the date of purchase.
​
2) Fitting and Use
Please ensure:
(a) Fit the RSA Product on relevant vehicle model If unsure about vehicle model contact RSA representative to assist.
​
(b) Use the RSA Product for the purpose it was originally designed for.
​
(c) Warranties are valid if fitments are done at RSA (HQ) or an authorized RSA branch or outlet/dealer and approved garage/workshop.
​
3) Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:
(a) Normal wear and tear.
​
(b) Fitting of the RSA Product on vehicle model with altering or any modifications to the product, including incorrect fitting.
​
(c) Using the RSA Product other than for the purpose for which it was originally designed, including improper, unusual or misuse or negligent use or over- loading.
​
(d) Neglect or misuse of the RSA Product, including improper repair or maintenance or failing to repair and maintain.
​
(e) Alteration, abuse, acts of nature, vandalism, collision, road hazards or adverse conditions.
​
(f) Formal or informal competitive events, such as racing, rallying, hill climbing, speed trials or similar activities; and/or
​
(g) Using the RSA Product in other highly corrosive environments.
​
(h) If the RSA product fitments are done privately or at an unauthorised facility, warranties will be void.
​
(I) Electrical components (i.e wiring, bulbs, fuse and or other electrical related faults)
​
4) Making a Claim
Please instantly contact us as soon as you become aware of a possible defect in the RSA Product:
​
(a) RSA Product: We will either arrange for you to attend an RSA branch or outlet/dealership (at your cost) for an RSA representative to inspect the potentially defected product or for you to return the RSA product back to us (at your cost).
​
All warranty Logistics include transporting goods or vehicle to an RSA branch or outlet/ dealership are to be born by the client/buyer ie transport cost, accommodation, miscellaneous etc. up until the warranty has been granted.
​
We will also request you to provide the purchase invoice and to complete a warranty claim form.
​
* Please note: no warranty claim will be accepted without proof of purchase of the RSA Product.
​
* Please do not remove the fitted RSA Product from your vehicle before contact ing us. If your claim is in order, we will notify you (at our discretion).
​
(b) RSA Product: In an event where the warranty is granted, We will either replace or repair the defective materials or workmanship (at our cost).
​
If further information or investigation is required or if the claim does not meet the requirements under Our warranty, we’ll let You know.
​
5) RSA Convesion Limited Warranty
Our warranty is applicable to 100,000 kms / 2 years (Whichever comes first)
(a) Limited warranty covered by RSA fabricated body from the date delivered.
​
(b) Warranty is applicable only on major structural damages / defects not resulting from misuse.
(c) All other costs incurred within the period of warranty apart from RSA fabricated body will be the responsibility of the customer.
​
(d) Notify RSA Immediately before for any defects / damages detected within the warranty period.
​
(e) RSA may have an affiliation with a local service centre for the purpose of carrying out warranty work as per RSA’s technical advisory team. In the event
of a warranty claim, customer to deliver the vehicle to the assigned service centre to carry warranty works.
​
(f) Dual AC (air condition) system warranty covered on parts only.
​
(g) Warranty is not applicable if any modification are done without the RSA’s prior consent (correspondence over email).
​
(h) Warranty NOT applicable / covered on any electrical components (i.e wiring, bulbs, fuse and or other electrical related faults).
​
6) Warranty Conditions
​
Warranty period is categorized based on the various accessories product range, RSA warranty is specified on the usage of the product by the end user i.e private use, tourism, commercial, motorsport(s), mining and (or) similar activities.
​
Product is warranted against defects in workmanship or material that cause the product to perform below the specified limits that are set by RSA, to the extent that if warranty is granted RSA will replace or repair any parts which are found to be defective.
​
All warranty claims must be submitted through the original purchasing RSA branch or outlet/dealership, unless otherwise arranged (Either option shall be acceptable by the end user).
​
Before installation of any of our RSA products, please confirm you have received the correct parts for your application and/ or vehicle model(s). Ordering of the correct parts is the responsibility of the buyer.
​
Kindly note, once goods are purchased they are not returnable, exchangable and/ or refundable. We have a no return policy.
